02What data we process and why

Contact form. Name, company, email, phone (optional), subject and message. The website does not store this data or send it to Pazini servers: the form builds a message that opens in your WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it. When you send it, we use the data only to reply to your contact and prepare the quote or proposal you requested. The conversation continues on WhatsApp, operated by Meta, under Meta's privacy policy.

Email and WhatsApp. The email and WhatsApp links open your email app or WhatsApp. What you send through these channels is used to reply to your contact.

Technical access data. As on any website, the hosting server records technical data about visits, such as IP address, date and time, page accessed and browser. These records are used for the website's security and operation.

03Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use cookies or audience analytics or advertising tools. It stores only two pieces of information in your own browser, which do not identify you and are not sent to any server:

• the language you chose (local storage), so the website opens in the same language on your next visit;
• whether the opening animation has already been shown (session storage, cleared when you close the browser).

You can delete this information at any time in your browser settings.

04Third-party content and services

• 3D viewer. The 3D model section displays a scene hosted on SuperSplat (superspl.at). When you open the page, your browser connects to SuperSplat and the services it uses, which receive technical connection data, such as your IP address, under those services' policies.
• Fonts. The typefaces are hosted on the website's own server; no data is sent to font services.
• External links. The standards, public agencies and manufacturers cited lead to third-party websites with their own privacy policies.

05Legal basis

• Preliminary procedures for a contract, at the data subject's request (LGPD, Art. 7, V): replying to contacts and quote requests.
• Legitimate interest (LGPD, Art. 7, IX): technical access records, for the website's security and operation.

06Data sharing

Pazini does not sell personal data. Data is handled by third parties only in the cases described in this policy: WhatsApp (Meta), when you send the message; the hosting provider, in the technical access records; and SuperSplat, in the 3D viewer. We may also provide data to authorities when required by law.

07How long we keep data

Messages and contacts received are kept in Pazini's WhatsApp and email for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain the business relationship, or for the period required by law. You may request deletion at any time, as described in section 8.

08Your rights

Under the LGPD (Art. 18), you may request, at any time and free of charge:

• confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the LGPD;
• portability of the data to another provider;
• information about whom we share your data with.

To exercise these rights, contact us through the channels in section 1. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

09Security

The website is delivered over a secure connection (HTTPS) and does not keep a database with personal data.

10Changes to this policy

This policy may change when the website changes, for example when new tools are added. The date at the top shows the version in force.
